Instructional Coaching as emerged as an important practice of teacher leadership. In this inquiry, you will learn best practices in instructional coaching and collegial analysis of evidence such as effective coaching conversations, collaborative planning, observing instruction, and analyzing student work. As fieldwork, you will engage in observation of instruction, analysis of coachee practice, and instructional conferencing with teachers at your school, and bring back evidence to discuss and learn from.

This is a four-session inquiry. We have both a fall course and a winter course option.
