In an initial post in December, we updated you on UVEI’s 2022–2023 learning focus, which is on a challenge that is particularly relevant to our partner schools and network of educators right now: How schools can create environments where teachers are sustained across the career continuum, from entering a school, their first years as an educator, and beyond?

As a follow up to that post, we are excited to invite interested educators to a series of three conversations on the various factors that have the potential to recruit, develop, and sustain the educator workforce. During these conversations, UVEI faculty members will pose questions and cultivate dialogue among participants, and encourage everyone to share their experiences, insights, challenges, and questions. Our goal is to understand how you are experiencing these challenges in your setting. All conversations will be held through zoom, with a link provided to those who register. We encourage you to join any that interest you (and more than one if you want to!).
