Community members express their gratitude through postcards for teachers!

UVEI recently hosted our second annual booth at Lebfest, a fall celebration organized by the Upper Valley Business Alliance. We encouraged all community members to think of a teacher who has made a positive impact on them and to make a thank-you postcard for that teacher.

From shared interests to humor to kindness, there are so many things that people appreciated about teachers!

Teachers, these postcards are just a small sample of the gratitude that the community feels for you.

We left the event with over 70 postcards for teachers, from daycare all the way through high school, in the Upper Valley and beyond. We are working on getting them distributed to teachers, and we hope that these will serve as a reminder that the work you do is important and appreciated.
